1. When Can I Get A Return The Product?

If you have received a defective or damaged product, you may request return of the product within 3 days of delivery for a full refund by returning the product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. How Do I Place A Refund Request?

Just drop us an email at support@thedreambazar.in with the images of the product/products as received with your order id and we will revert to you the steps to return the product.

3. When Do I Get The Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with the details of the refund amount.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
If you have received any extra discount by applying any coupon codes, promo codes, that discounted amount will be debited from your refund amount.

5. Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thedreambazar.in and we will look into the issue on priority.
